Initiate a Return Request
Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the hardware issue or reason for return.
Hardware Evaluation
Our lead technicians will conduct a remote diagnostic to determine if the issue can be resolved via software updates or if a physical return is required.
Secure Packaging and Shipping
Once approved, use the original protective foam and double-walled box to secure your beast; we will provide a prepaid insured shipping label for your convenience.
Inspection and Processing
Upon arrival at our forge, we will inspect the components for any modifications or damage and process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
